Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching And Burning Sensation In Scalp
My entire scalp keeps burning and itching to the point where I ll just keep scratching until I draw blood. The lower back half is the worst and its been going on for 2 weeks now. I ve changed shampoos twice and gone through my hair with a lice comb several times, to no avail.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description is Seborrheic dermatitis which is also commonly known as dandruff. Shampoos containing ketoconazole can be used twice a week. If you do not respond to this then you might need a shampoo containing fluocinolone. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
