General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I do understand your pain and discomfort.

a) As per your history T wave inverted in V1 and V3 sometimes normal and some times abnormal in MI also so it is not a specific clinical sign to establish at a point.

b) Do check your Hb% if low correct by injectable (Iron sucrose)

c) Do check your Vitamin b-12 if low take weekly injection 3-4 up to one month then once a month in (IM)

d) Do Check your liver & Kidney function test

e) Do check your Fasting blood sugar and TSH

f) As you have already done ECG so do a (ECHO) and Coronary Angiography Test to rule out heart valve and coronary artery blockage present or not

g) Check your vital sign (BP, Respiratory rate, Pulse rate, Temperature) and record it regularly.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best for tests reports.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
