Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache During Pregnancy

I am 13 weeks pregnate and have been having headaches a lot for the past 6 weeks but never to the extent as the one I m currently having it began over 24 hours ago in my right temple and has been a constant stabbing pain for almost 30 hours the pain is becoming unbearable what can I do

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
It is unfortunate to note that you are having severe headache in pregnancy.
Since you are stating that you are 13 weeks pregnant and organogenesis of fetus is still in progress, you need to take any medications with caution.
By far, Paracetamol is considered to be safe to be taken as analgesic in case of pain.
Kindly take Tablet.Paracetamol 650mg twice a day for the relief of pain.
Drink plenty of water and keep yourself well hydrated. Kindly get your antenatal check-ups up to date.
