Hello,

You need to treat your scalp to get rid of dandruff. Use Selsun shampoo, anti dandruff shampoo (selenium sulfide) & keep your hair oiled with coconut or almond oil. Genetic & hormonal hair loss, Minoxidil is effective. You can continue to use it. Finasteride is equally effective, take vitamin B & biotin rich food like egg yolk, liver, etc.

Side effect of certain medications (gout, depression BP, heart etc) cause hair loss, be careful what you take. Other medical conditions like thyroid, child birth, etc also cause loss of hair. Take home made nutritious food. You can take the help of hair replacement procedures like micro grafting, slit grafting, punch grafting, hair grafting or hair transplant etc. You are suggested to get examined by a dermatologist. Hope I have answered your question.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
