Thanks for posting in HCM.
Hair fall what you are facing with itching is mainly due to fungal infection of scalp.
Apply Ketoconazole shampoo every day for 15 days and take head bath. There after you can use it twice a week.
Also use Selenium containing shampoo twice a week.
Gradually, your itchiness and hair fall should reduce and it should get better.
