Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall And Dandruff

Hello doctor.. I am facing hair fall problem. I also have dandruff.. I was recently adviced by my hair specialist to intake extend forte tablets for hair fall amd use candid tv lotion for dandruff. My hairfall was under control until i used extend forte. But once when i stopped taking it, my hair has started falling again. Can someone please advice me what to do??

Keep dandruff under control. I successfully advise my patients to apply 20% cetavelon hair wash like a sshampoo. If dandruff is more, it can be done once daily and confine to once a week gradually. Keep eyes protected while rinsong hair.

When it settles, apply Ayurveda's Neelibhringyadi ker tel (oil) upon scalp and massage into the roots. Twice a week. Post massage give hot fomentation to scalp by dipping towel in hot water and squeeze carefully and put on head.

Keep gut clean by liquid Pathyadi Kwath 20 ml + water+ Erand sneh (castor oil) every night.

Amla (Embelic) powder 1 tsp daily with honey or water OR two capsules of Amalaki by Himalaya co.

Green leafy diet, light food, protein rich meals are good for you.
