Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness And Nausea

I get dizzy and slightly nauseous if I move my eyes too fast or turn ,y head to fast. I am fatigued. Thought it was cause of switching from lexipro 20 mg to Paxil 10 mg. A month ago stopped taking Paxil 5 days ago before starting another antidepressant. Still have this dizziness feeling just as strong. Now I doubt it was the meds change. No headache, no buzzing in my ears, no feeling of pressure in head. What is wrong with me.
