Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness And Fatigue

I am 35 years old. I have had positive EBV readings when I was 19, then again at the end of last year 2015. Then again recently in July. Over these years I have had ups and downs of fatigue. My big problem is the brain fog and dizziness. I have an ANA reading of 1:640. My doctor said the normal is under 80. I am seeing an immunologist in October which is still ages away. I feel tired all the time, I don t drink or smoke. I work everyday as a teacher and have 2 young kids. I have been given lexapro just recently for my depression and anxiety.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The anxiety and depression also one of the reasons for chronic fatigue.

So try to get rid of depression by behavioural counselling as well.

Your ANA titer high, so rule out the autoimmune disease by autoimmune disease panel testing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
