Hi,

I am sorry to hear that your depression is not going well with medications. There are many causes for that delayed response. How long have you been on this medicine, as it take at least 2-4 weeks to start getting an effect. Your doctor also will need to check if you are having any physical disease such as anemia or thyroid problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Walid Hassan
