You should go for complete blood count and peripheral smear examination as well as anemia profile. It will give you exact diagnosis. You should take oral or injectable iron. Oral iron is available as ferrous sulphate or ferrous fumarate tablet form. Iron sucrose or iron dextran is available in injectable form. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
