Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Liver Inflammation

I was admitted in hospital for flu like symptons and abdominal pains, later discovered I have very high alt level at 17000 and my liver is inflamed due to this. The hospital are still trying to do further blood tests to find out the cause. All my other blood results are normal apart from this and Hepatitis A B and C have come back negative. I am a moderate alcohol consumer and also smoke. I m 41kgs in weight and 28 years old female. What could this be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the report could be suggestive of viral infection and it may not be pure inflammatory disease of parenchymal cell disease like hepatitis condition would be almost self limiting, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
