Suggest Treatment For Sensory Neural Hearing Loss In Both The Ears

Hi,I am 24 years old.I have been suffering with sensorineural hearing loss since 15 - 20 years.i have 30 percent loss in right and abt 70 in left ear.Please suggest the best possible treatment.
would cranial massage,or steroids or any other medications help?please suggest.Thanks.

hello, sn loss since 20yrs, medications will not help.u need to wear hearing aids. if ur financially sound u can go for cosmetic hearing aids where hearing aid can be inserted inside d canal.people can not acknaowledge what u are wearing.all d best.
