Suggest Treatment For Hearing Problem
hello doctor:My age is - 24. I m not able to hear properly through my left ear. I had a check-up at the age of 20 because of this problem. Doctor told me: i have inner ear problem which is below normal. he told me only ear aid is the only solution. as days passed my left ear capacity is deteriorating. Please advice.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of hearing loss which could be due to the punctured eardrum, accumulation of wax and fluid accumulation in the ear canal.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you consult ENT specialist once for proper examination. The doctor may order a certain test like CT scan and examine ear with an otoscope. The doctor may prescribe stronger antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medications and may also recommend you patching of eardrum, tympanoplasty or hearing aid. You should avoid touching and pricking it with a sharp object.
