Hello, I have a very dry face that is most evident after I get up from sleeping. The dermatologist says I have seborrheic Dermatits, based on where the dry patches show up. I have scales form on my forehead,temple area and my moustache and beard areas. The problem is it burns and itches most of the time and I am embarressed by the look it creates.Is there any thing I can do besides steroids cream? I do use all sorts of oils (avocado,emu, olive oil) to soften the scales so I can scrape them off (sounds disgusting). I would appreciate any other advice to help relieve my symptoms,please.
