Yesterday I have attacked my face really badly by scratching and picking constabtly in the mirror due to some drug abuse (methamphetamine). Lack of sleep due to the drug wouldnt be helping either. Everytime I look in the mirror it really lets me down, cant even put my foundation on because it wont go on parts that are a lil wet and other parts are to dry. Could you suggest anything to help with the healing process?
