Suggest Treatment For Sciatica Pain In The Buttock
I believe I m suffering from sciatica. I have a sore area just above my right buttock. The pain shoots down from there to my right buttock down the front of my leg all the way down to my right foot. It hurts to stand, really hurts to cough, and really hurts sitting down. I ve thought about a chiropractor but I am concerned as to whether their treatment is legit. How about seeing a osteopathic Md?

You can consider drugs like gabapentin as it is very much effective for neuropathic pain as in sciatica. If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI scan.
