Hi,
If you have regular ovulatory cycles, you can wait for another six months before seeking expert help to aid conception. The cause of decreased flow during menstruation can be familial, age-related, due to decreased endometrial thickness consequent upon reduced hormone preparation and infections that may lead to intra-uterine adhesions. Please seek help in person from a specialist if you wish to ascertain that all is well before you conceive. Hope you find this information helpful. Wish you good health.
