Hello there, symptoms you hav described are most likely to be due to acid reflux due to lax esophageal sphincter. Whixh can be categorized into gastroesophageal reflux disease. There is no need to panic as these symtoms can be reduced with few measurws like reduction of weight in obese individuals, having non spicy food less in quantity divided over 5-6 meals, avoiding foods that cause excessive secretion of acid in stomach like coffee, citrus fruits, alcohol consumption, chocolates etc. Avoid wearing tight clothes, and cigarette smoking and start taking cap. Pan D once daily for 2 months. And u can visit a gastro enterologist after two months if symptoms are not subsiding and get endoscopy done. Hope my advice helped you.
