Suggest Treatment For Renal Parenchymal Disease

My mother is 73 years old. Her CT scan reveals bilateral renal parenchymal disease with a large type-I cortical cyst of 5x5 cm in the left kidney. Her urea level is 96 mg/dl and Creatinine lvevel is 5.7 after two dialysis. Is the position is curable by any medical treatment

if creatinine is persistently high, then dialysis will be required on regular basis unless transplantation is done.
