Suggest Treatment For Redness And Painful Finger After Sting

I was stung in the pinky finger about 5-6 mm above the first knuckle. I did not see what stung me because it was in may hair and I was pulling it out and when it stung me I flung it. Immediately after the sting, no stinger present. The finger immediately turned red, was swollen and felt like it was on fire. I did apply a cool baking soda soak shortly after the sting happened. The finger was painful all day, when I awoke the next morning the whole finger was itchy. Yesterday which was 3 after the sing I noticed that I have lost sensation from the tip of my finger to my second knuckle and about 3/4 around the finger. The opposite side of where I was stung has sensation. I have not lost pain sensation the finger although the reaction is delayed. Swelling is down it is normal size and color now. Should I be concerned at this point?
