Suggest Treatment For Redness And Itching In The Groin Area

I have severe itching b/w thighs and genitals mainly due to high sweating now the area has become red,sometimes it flakes and evry now and then there develops a cut which heals if tje area is left open for a while. How get my original skin back there!?

Thanks you for asking this question. I have undergone through your question. I understand your concern. Your symptoms point towards fungal infection in groin area which is common specially in summer season.
Advise
1. Apply any anti-fungal cream containing clotrimazole, steroid and antibiotic such Lobate GM cream. Apply three time daily locally - for 15 days
2. Keep groin area clean and dry
