Hi I m a male 18 years old I have had unprotected sex recently and I found red spots on my penis on the head and if I pulled back the skin I had more down there. They are just red dots not pimples or anything I tried popping one it didn t. So I decided to just wash it and leave it alone. The spots are gone now after 1 week. I read a lot of stuff online about stds And I m freaking out. My penis has recently felt thicker And I have a slightly redish speck of my tip red but it goes away. Recently I ve also noticed that when I get an erection my vein shows more. Is there any reason for concern? I m really freaking out. I m going to go to a doctor for testing soon But I just want to get relived a little or at least know if I have something
If it was a unprotected sex, then you need to do a panel of sexually transmitted infection test. According to your complaints you can be affected by herpes or syphilis. Share a picture for confirmation.
