General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

the symptoms seem to be related to folliculitis which is an infection of the hair follicle.

I suggest using to clean the area with antibacterial soap. I also suggest using aloe vera gel to soothe the folliculitis. If the rash continues, I suggest to use an antibiotic cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
