I have developed a red/white trash (groupings) in my pubic area, it is none itchy and when I break/cut one of them (they are really small, with afew bigger ones varying in size) it just produces blood almost like cutting off a normal wart. It seemed to appear about a month ago with just a couple and has very slowly developed more. It started right after I shaved my pubic area, I always seem to have problems after shaving with ingrown hairs and such but this is the first of this sort of problem. They cause me zero pain. I am just worried if i have obtained a STF (I am sexual active, however no one I have slept with has anything that I know of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
