hi, today i woke up and saw some (red points) on the (head) of my penis, i did not have sex, not even once but i masturbate maybe 5 times a week, i am shy to go to a doctor or the buy a medicine, can i cure it alone at home? or it doesn t need some cure... it will be solved alone...; and if i stop masturbating... the red dots on my penis head will go away?? plz i need an answer, thank you

These are available as over the counter and you can buy easily. Applying this twice daily for 1 week will be helpful to clear this.
