Suggest Treatment For Recurring Wrist And Joints Pain

Hello Dr. I am a 19 year old female, and have had a recurring wrist joint pain for a few months. It's irregular and lasts for 1/2 a day usually, but lately it went on foor 3 days straight. I don't practice any sports which could have damaged the joint and have not lifted heavy objects. But I had a cut about 10cm proximal to the wrist, in the inner forearm, some time before the pain started. It was not too deep, but there was considerable bleeding. The pain is slightly relieved if I stretch the joint and separate the bones of my arm and wrist. Is it possible that I might have a joint infection? I thought of gout, but I don't have any joint pain anywhere else.
