Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your son has recurring throat infection along with inflammation of tonsils leading to Tonsillitis..
Swollen lymph nodes are secondary to infection while swelling below the ear can be due to infection in the Parotid Salivary Gland..
At times the body develop resistance to antibiotics and it can lead to incomplete resolution of previous infection leading to Recurring flate ups..
Other cause can be poor body immunity..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and a thorough clinical evaluation and throat swab culture can help in ruling out the exact organisms causing infection and specific Oral and injectable antibiotics can be given for relief.
You can also get an MRI of the salivary gland done and if there is infection antibiotics will help..
In case of still the tonsils keep getting inflamed Tonsillectomy that is surgical removal of tonsils can be done..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
