Suggest Treatment For Recurring Bacterial Vaginosis

Hi! I had been diagnosed with Bv last October. I believe I have had a reoccurrence and am struggling to walk currently. It burns to pee and my vagina is very swollen. On top of that, I am on my period and the flow is quite heavy. It s been three days so I really want to have this resolved!

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. You should get a swab test from vagina to rule out whether it is bacterial vaginosis. You also have to check your vaginal PH and hormone levels as change in PH and hormone levels also can give sch problems. If bacterial vaginosis then using clindamycin and clotrimazole combination vaginal tabs will be helpful. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area. Use can use just warm water. Using intimate wash daily is also good.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
