Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Sinusitis

hellooo i had nose block ( not running nose..no sore throat or headache...could breath fine )...pains around my eyes and a slight pain on my forehead...was later told it was sinusitis...i took retab plus paracetamol for a week and its kinda on and off..making me feel not too well..what do i need to do to get better pls....i feel hot but when i check my temperature..its always below 37° ( 35.2°or 36.3° etc)....also is that temperature normal pls??

Well come to HCM
If this is sinusitis with no bacterial infection then this can be managed with conservative level, like drink more water, hot drink would be nice, steam inhalation, hot shower, in medicines following medicines would be best
1) Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day
2) Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three time in day
nothing to worry, have a nice day,
