Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* Mild urine infection can be handled with plenty of liquids and urinary alkaliser, organic citrus fruits.
* More important is to find out the underlying cause of tiredness with sleepiness which can be thyroid level disturbances, cardiac issues or others.
I would recommend a follow up consulting with all reports as an attachment for better guidelines.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
