Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Face And Chest

My daughter (8 years old) has a light rash on her face, chest and back. No other symptoms. She feels perfectly fine and the rash, itself, doesn t bother her. This is her 3rd day with it though, and it spread a little bit today. When do I need to take her to a doctor?

Hi welcome to health care magic....

The rash development could be from viral infection or allergic inflammation...

Symptomatic management done first that...

If needed CBC can be done with differential blood count...

For rash you might given antihistaminic drug like levocetrizine....

Topical application of calamine lotion also useful....

Hope this will help

Advise : First consult pediatrician and get your child physical examination and than subsequent work up...

Take care
