Suggest Treatment For Rashes In The Chest And Upper Back

Hello,
I woke up with some sort of rash on my chest and upper back. They look like small zits like small red spots all over. Also a little itchy. Please let me know what you think this could be. I am not allergic to anything and haven't eaten anything new or changed my soap or deterrent. I did just finish a 5 day course of antibiotics for an eye infection. Should I see a doctor or wait?
thank you
