Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I will like to rule out a possibility of Tinea/fungal infection.
Body folds like butt cheeks, groin folds, axilla and sub-mammary area provide an environment conducive for fungal proliferation, specially in hot and humid weather conditions.
I would suggest you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g hydroxyzine 25 mg, once or twice daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching. It is safe to be taken during pregnancy.
If the rash does not improve as expected you may get it reviewed by a dermatologist.

Regards
