Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
All the symptoms you are describing are suggestive of a
depression condition, but I will be worried and examine further the stomach lump. In order to evaluate the stomach lump, its origin or its characteristics, your niece has to make at least an
ultrasound. I strongly recommend her to visit her local doctor, to rule out any malignant formation. Depression is a painful sadness that interferes with daily life and includes hopelessness,
anxiety, feelings of sadness, loss, anger, or frustration interfere with everyday life for weeks or longer.
In order to help your niece pass her depression state, she has to make some changes an essential part of depression treatment. He has to change her daily routine, make some exercise daily, eat healthy, meditate and think positive. I would firstly recommend her psychological treatments before passing to medication treatment. If the condition doesn’t improve I would suggest her to start
antidepressant medications.
Hope I answered to your question. Feel free to ask again.
Kind Regards,
Dr. Ina Zaimi
