Suggest Treatment For Raised Body Temperature

I have a temperature since Friday last a sore throat cough and pain in my back .my nose is all congested and bringing down phlegm .i am on a course of antibotics augmentin all the symptoms are gone but I still have a temp as I woke this morn in a lather of perspiration .what will I do to get rid of this temp ?thank you .catherine

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The antibiotic augmentin has controlled the infection of the throat which caused sore throat.
However, an anti-pyretic has to be added to control the fever.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of medication to control fever.
In addition, good hydration has to be maintained to prevent dehydration.
