Suggest Treatment For Pseudotumor Cerebri In The Brain

I have a pseudo tumor cerebri in my brain diagnosed in 1989 causes terrible headaches have had a lower lumbar shunt put in that helped a lot but still the pressure got worse over the years and would cause the shunt to stop working and had to be replaced a lot , so then they installed a magnetic shunt in the brain to keep the pressure down, that worked for a while now the headaches are back and they have done a couple of spinal taps to check the pressure but the pressure was not so great this time but the spinal fluid showed protein 171 and cell count 35 that is called chronic Arachnoiitis is there any special treatment for this
