Hello, been having sandy or gritty periods where it sinks to bottom of the bowl at least the past 3 cycles. No pain really with cycles itself, which makes me think probably not endometriosis. Seem to have a normal red cycle about 4 days, then a break for a week, then more bleeding for the next 2-3 weeks which Is more of the brownish type which I thought was maybe old blood but since it has continued for months I am skeptic. Have a history of a bone cyst, kidney stone, stomache ulcer, depression/anxiety, and UTIs in the past. I am 27, currently no partners but have been diagnosed with HSV and HPV this past year.
