Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Bacterial Vaginosis

Hi, I ve been struggling with bacterial vaginosis for about ten years now. I thought I was getting recurring yeast infections, but in 2009, I found out what the problem really was-gardnerella (I believe that s how to spell it). I ve tried everything-using detergents with no purfumes, not washing with soap, Sleeping with no underwear, no sex, flagyl SEVERAL times...all it does is flare up worse, and cause a real embarrassing mildew like odor!

Hello dear and thanks for being pat of our virtual clinic!

I understand your concern and will try to help you with some natural remedies, seen that you have used all those antibiotics and pharmacological ways.
You are not alone, other women suffer the same too.
So, please read below carefully:

1. A gardnerella vaginalis infection often leads to recurrent bacterial vaginosis conditions.
Typical gardnerella symptoms are smelly vaginal discharge and fishy vaginal odor.
Traditionally gardnerella vaginalis treatment has been done orally. Since gardnerella can also cause meningitis it is important to apply a gardnerella treatment early on.

2. Plain yogurt is one of the best home remedies for soothing irritation and restoring a healthy vaginal pH. Yogurt can be frozen in the fingers of rubbers gloves for a home remedy that soothes in two ways or a non-applicator tampon can be dipped and yogurt and inserted overnight for several consecutive nights.

3. Coconut oil is a natural antibacterial used topically. Dip a non-applicator tampon is warmed coconut oil and insert overnight for 4 to 5 consecutive nights. Use all natural coconut oil intended for cooking.

4. Tea Tree Essential Oil is already approved to treat yeast infections.

5. Wash a diluted vinegar solution to restore the naturally acidic vaginal pH. Mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar with a quart of water.

6. Goldenseal root, it is a natural antibiotic. Take one goldenseal root pill, 2 cranberry pills, one folic acid, one garlic pill, and one probiotic every morning and one goldenseal root, one garlic and 2 cranberry pills everynight.

Hope you to be patient and very correct applying all the above advice, and hope to have helped.
