Suggest Treatment For Pressure In My Rectal And Perineum Area Long After Treating Bacterial Vaginosis

hi im 46 yr female i have had great health until about a yr ago i started having pressure in my rectal/perinium area and blood before and after my period has a bad smell.. i recently had foul discharge and was tested for stds which all were negative..but i did have some type of bacterial vaginosis . ive been researching online and i find maybe i could have a prolapse bowl into the vagina or tumor ?
