sir I am a male 2y years old. I am masturbating from past 8 years (sometimes up to even 1-2 times per week ) and still a virgin. sir I am suffering from the problem of premature ejaculation. whenever I masturbate, I usually have a fall within 10 seconds. although in past i used to hold up to 3-4 minutes as well. I am really depressed from my weak sexual performance and it is getting worse day by day. besides

dear masturbation and sex has lots of differences
though both are same at some point

but premature ejaculation is defined only after you have sex

because it is also measure in the term of satisfaction from both the partners that are involve in sex

so my advise to you to wait up to getting married

and after you have such problem than seek for treatment

you can learn by while and by experience

certain other measures are there but it can apply only in sex not in masturbation
like

psychological means

to learn how to stay long
certain methods like women on top position

stop and start method of sex is very good results
