Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. In most individuals early ejaculation occurs because of anxiety during intercourse. Relaxation and proper reassurance prevents early ejaculation in most of the individuals. Diverting the attention during intercourse also help to delay some time.

If symptoms doesn't improve with these conservative measures and proper treatment is needed. Viagra or Cialis (Sildenafil and Tadalafil) are PDE-5 inhibitors that are used for erectile dysfunction. These drugs are not much useful in delaying the ejaculation. For premature ejaculation SSRI drugs are commonly used. For severe problem the drugs are prescribed on daily basis and these drugs help to relieve anxiety and delay ejaculation time. Paroxetine, Sertraline etc are used commonly. Dapoxetine is also a SSRI drug and this drug has been found to delay ejaculation if used about half to one hour before intercourse. You can take him to a doctor for evaluation and can take prescription of these drugs.

Relaxation exercises like Yoga, Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), Breathing Exercises etc are also very helpful in premature ejaculation. Apart from this pelvic muscle strengthening exercises (Kegel's exercise) or Master's and Johnson's technique can also be tried. These psychosocial methods of treatment are found to be very efficacious. Help from a psychologist is needed for details of these methods.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
