Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Hi
I have a problem with a few things.
1i don't think I last long enough in bed average is about 5 minutes is this normal? And can I do anything to improve on this?
2 I have a thing for porn and fined myself goin back to porn specifically ladies pissing porn. Is this wrong and is it because I am afraid to ask my wife to try it so I hide it rather than ask? Any help would be great.

Hi, thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

The time of 5 minutes of sexual intercourse is absolutely normal and there should be no worry in that. This is not premature ejaculation. If you are getting orgasm then no need to worry. SSRI drugs are used to delay the ejaculation time. For prolonged sex drugs like Dapoxetine can be used. If taken about half to one hour before sex the drug helps to delay the ejaculation time. The drug is a prescription medicine and you need to visit a psychiatrist for that.

Watching porn and fantasising women passing urine is not normal. Try to control this thing. This might result in development of perversion disorder. Though this depends upon your choice if you want to ask your wife or not.
