Consulted with Dr. Satish Jhuntraa and advised to take peroxitine 12.5mg for 2/3 motns with pelvic muscle exercise. I have found nil result. I've less urge for sex after first ejaculation, but pennis got rigid and strong even after premature ejaculation. Problem is I could not be with my bedpartner all the time. My type of job don't allow me to stay at home for 2 days a month. Sometimes I'm getting hot and ejaculation starts if get in intimate touch with other woman in public. Using condoms or mustervation before actual intercourse lost my urge to sex but it doesnot even help. Please help

Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You are a healthy male and have no serious medical conditions. The drug Paroxetine is a SSRI drug and it is known to cause delayed ejaculation which result in improvement in premature ejaculation. You have been prescribed the drug at 12.5 mg doses along with Pelvic Muscle Relaxation Exercises. If the drug didn't cause improvement in ejaculation then in my opinion dose should be increased. Increased doses of drug at 25-37.5 mg doses should help in delayed ejaculation. So you can visit your doctor again and can ask for increased doses of the drug. Don't get panicked for your symptoms just wait for some more days to see improvement with medicines. In most individuals the drug takes at least 3-4 weeks to show its full effects. Continue to do pelvic muscle strengthening exercises along with drugs.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Take care
