Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation In Elderly Male

i am 50 year age. since last year i suffered 100% loss in erectile , premature ejaculation , at the beginning of intercourse itself. suggest best medicine which not having side effect. i am only hypertension, & level-2 diabetic, & both are under good control.

Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You are 50 year old male with complaints of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. You have history of hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Even diabetes and hypertension are under control still I would advise you to get your HbA1c (Glycosylated haemoglobin) levels checked. These levels tell about long term control of sugar. If levels come in abnormal range then probably diabetes is the reason behind erectile dysfunction.

History of diabetes and hypertension itself increases the risk of psychosexual dysfunction. Now coming to management-

- If you are not taking nitrates as anti-hypertensive medicines then sildenafil or tadalafil can help you. These drugs are having good results in erectile dysfunction. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription.

- For premature ejaculation drugs like Dapoxetine have good results. The drug is a prescription medicine and need consultation from a psychiatrist.

- Apart from that medicines like Tantax Forte, Tantax Royal have excellent results in erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation respectively. These medicines don't require prescription and are safe to use.
