Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Hello, i am 25 years old female ... diagnosed with mild to moderate pcos around 7 yrs ago and i hv been on cyclo progynova till my marriage last year and then i went on an oral contraceptive called yasmin for 7 months after that i tried to conceive using clomid for 2 months but wasn t working and my gyn switched to femara for a month and also didn t work .. then i was prescribed to take puregon 100 mg nw .... i hv to mention that my periods were irregular and that s hw i discovered my pcos but got regulated on yasmin and cyclo progynova. .. also wz clomid but it was delayed last month with femara so i had to take steronate.... my question is do i have a chance to conceive? Second i need ur opinion about my case... i forgot to mention that on the ultrasound scan i had some good follicle sizes and i had to use chorimone when it reaches the wanted size. .. thnx so much

Understand your concern
You must consult the gynecologist for better treatment.
Following are the aims of treatment:

Regularize the cycle,
Decrease insulin resistance
Induction of ovulation
Treatment of hormone imbalance
Reduce the weight
Treatment if acne and hirsutism

Drugs:
Metformin: for maintain glucose homeostasis and weight, induce ovulation
Oral contraceptive pills: regular the menstrual cycle
Spironolactone and fulatamide: diuretic action and also induce ovulation
Topical eflornithine: for hirsutism
Clomiphene citrate to induce ovulation and maintain fertility
FSH hormone or FSH analogue for infertility treatment.
In vitro fertilization for infertility problem
If not responds to medical treatment surgery like ovarian dreeling can be used
Diet: take small frequent meal rather large meal
Avoid fatty/spicy/salty foods
Avoid excessive sweets
Start regular exercise for 45-60 minutes in the morning
