Hello

Welcome in HCM

I understand your concern and it appears as your eustachian tube is not working well. The plugging of eustachian tube may be due to-

1- Inflammation of throat may be allergic or infective.

2- May be secondary to chemotherapy as a side effect.

3- May be because of secondary to sinusitis.

now you may do-

a- Steam inhalation.

b- Anti-histaminic.

c- Anti inflammatory.

d- Walsalva.

I hope above will solve your problem otherwise grommet may be inserted.

Thanks for consulting HCM.
