Suggest Treatment For Plugged Ears

My name is Angie. For months now I have had plugged ears. I had tubes put in when I was 6 for chronic ear infections. I am now 38, and have only had a few ear infections since, but this past 4 months or so my ears have been plugged, muffled, and scratchy popping happens, but they go back to being plugged. What should I do?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
HELLO ANGIE,
Your history suggests that you have eustachian tube dysfunction.take nasal decongestants, steam inhalation followed by valsalva maneuver( blowing ears after closing nose.
But definitely i would suggest you to undergo nasal endoscopy to rule out any mass in ears blocking eust. tube.
wishing u a better health
