Suggest Treatment For Pin Prick Sensation In Elbow, knee And Hand

All day, I have had what feels like sharp pin-pricks around my right extremities. The first one I noticed came back in the same area in a few times. It's generally been around my elbow, knee, back of my hand, shoulder and top of my foot. All have been on the right side, except one on my left wrist. I can't think of any drastic changes in my diet, other than Saturday, I did go out drinking for the first time in a few months. I find scratching helps momentarily, however I don't want to scratch too much.

Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to an allergic reaction (as scratching helps improve the situation) or an electrolyte imbalance.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical check up and some tests (blood electrolytes, vitamin D levels, PCR, complete blood count, uric acid levels) and allergy tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
