Suggest Treatment For Persistent Typhoid

My son 13years. He has fever from last 9days. His results get typhoid. We started to use ciprofloxacin 250mg.from two days. But still he hav light fever at evening to early morning.from first 5days we used ofloxacin later 2days cefexime 2days ciprofloxacin. When temp will down.

1. since in Typhoid fever rises with step ladder pattern and after usage of antibiotics it fall in the reverse pattern thus light fever could be because of the same.

2. Having Fever one should also check with Dengue and for Malaria Parasite investigation.

3. Since Typhoid mainly spreads through feco-oral route thus his personnel hygiene has to be taken care:

. Washing of Hands
. Boiled Water
. Freshly cooked/boiled vegetables
. Proper disposal of fecal matter and you may give ORAL Typhoral capsule as Prophylaxis vacccine.
