Suggest Treatment For Persistent Stomach Pain

My niece is suffering of stomach ache, at the hospital they investigated and supposed that her stomach is the problem. She is taking pills and that pills was supposed to has a positive effect since Wednesday but no change. After 4 days, she is suffering every day in the afternoon and in the night. In the morning she s ok. What you think she is suffering of?

Stomach pain had many causes

here I would like to suggest have an ultrasound scan
then minimal investigations like CBP,s CREATININE ,ELECTROLYTES

plz mention does she had any history of menstrual problems ,constipation ,any previous surgeries ,

so don't worry ,plz she can use antispasmodics like buscozest ,PPI like pan 40 and enzyme tab ,

let her drink plenty of water and have a regular diet in time ,avoid stress will help to relieve the symptoms

if still persist contact with reports to your family physician ok ..don't worry
